How far ahead should I order a custom cake?
Three days for one-tier cakes, five days for two tiers, and ten days for three tiers. Holiday cutoffs are earlier; the cake builder shows the earliest date for your size.
Do you have gluten-free, vegan, or nut-free options?
Yes. Use the dietary filters on the menu. Gluten-free items are baked first thing in a dedicated batch, but our kitchen handles wheat, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact.
How does the deposit work?
A 30% deposit holds your date. The balance is due at pickup or before delivery. Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before your date.
Do you deliver?
Yes, within 15 miles. Delivery within 5 miles is $18 and 5–15 miles is $35. Wedding cakes include setup.
Can I bring a photo of a cake I like?
Please do. Upload up to three inspiration photos in the cake builder, and we'll design around them.
Do you offer tastings?
Wedding couples can book a tasting box of six flavors and four fillings, with a design consultation.
What time do things sell out?
Croissants and cookies usually go by noon on weekends. The Baked Today board on the homepage shows what's left.
